The Opportunity: 

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing at Syncro. You’ll shape how we tell our story, define where we win, and make sure every IT professional who touches our brand understands the value it can deliver to them. This is a strategic, creative, and data driven role, all about bridging our products, customer insights, and market narrative. This is a high-impact role shaping how thousands of IT professionals experience our platform.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead product marketing strategy across our platform including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and launches.
  • Build and evolve the Syncro story: explain not just what we do, but why it matters for MSPs and IT Professionals.
  • Use AI tools and automations behind the scenes to create authentic, data-driven messaging and personalized experiences that scale.
  • Develop sales enablement tools including effective product demonstrations, collateral, sales scripts, case studies, competitive battle cards and other tools to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Create and define segmentation and go-to-market strategies based on market research, competitive analysis, and an unwavering focus on the customer and data.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success and Sales to build GTM plans that drive adoption and retention.
Must Have Skills:
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, ideally within B2B or IT-focused industries.
  • Proven track record of building narratives that differentiate in competitive markets.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, and GTM execution.
  • Comfort blending creativity with data, especially using AI tools to analyze, generate, and tailor marketing assets.
  • Outstanding communication skills: you love writing, presenting, and simplifying complex ideas.
  • Collaborative leadership approach; you thrive working across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
