Job requirements
Aptia is looking for a Product Marketing Lead who thrives on ownership and loves building things from the ground up. In this role, you will be the voice of our products in the market, translating complex features into messaging, materials, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, awareness, and impact.This is a unique opportunity to shape the product marketing function from scratch, influence cross-functional teams, and make a visible difference in how our products succeed with clients, brokers, and prospects. You will be the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams, owning the strategy and execution of every launch and client-facing communication.What you'll be doing
Own go-to-market strategy and execution for all product releases and enhancements
Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging for clients, prospects, and brokers
Create sales enablement materials including overviews, one-pagers, competitive guides, and presentations
Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategy, positioning, and differentiation
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to make complex capabilities client-ready
Lead communications to clients about new features and updates
Translate technical product updates into engaging content for campaigns, events, and external communications
Build and define Aptia’s product marketing function, establishing processes, frameworks, and best practices
7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles in HR technology or benefits administration
Proven experience leading go-to-market activities for new products or enhancements
Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, client-ready messaging
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Experience collaborating across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Strategic thinker who can balance high-level positioning with hands-on content creation
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excited by the chance to build a product marketing function from scratch and make a lasting impact
