The Team & Role

Zuora is in the middle of a bold transformation, redefining how companies bring modern monetization strategies to life. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape and communicate that story across our product suite.

You’ll work with teams to define where we win, how we go to market, and what it takes to help our customers thrive in a changing economy. 

Your work will directly influence product strategy, revenue growth, and how the market sees Zuora as the finance-first monetization platform for the AI era.

If located in the Bay Area, this is a hybrid position that will require three days in Zuora’s Redwood City office. If remote, this position will require occasional travel for office visits, events, and offsites. 


What you’ll do

  • Define and drive strategy. Partner with Product and GTM leaders to shape product direction, pricing, and packaging decisions that strengthen Zuora’s story.
  • Launch with impact. Lead major product launches and campaigns that bring new capabilities to market with clarity, creativity, and measurable results.
  • Refine our go-to-market motion. Collaborate with sales, customer success, and solutions management teams to test messaging, capture insights, and iterate on what resonates.
  • Enable teams to win. Build clear, practical enablement materials and narratives that help our field teams engage customers with confidence.
  • Champion the customer. Use data, research, and direct conversations to understand customer needs and ground every recommendation in real insight.
  • Connect the dots. Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align on priorities and ensure consistent, cohesive execution.

Your experience

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success leading product launches from concept to GTM execution and measurement.
  • Deep experience partnering with Product to influence roadmap and connect strategy to customer insight.
  • Skilled at sales enablement, building stories, decks, and tools that help teams win.
  • Expertise in positioning, pricing, and competitive differentiation, including analyst and market perspectives. 
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator, balancing strategy with hands-on execution. 

Nice to haves:

  • MBA or consulting experience.
  • Familiarity with AI or usage-based pricing models.
  • Experience supporting multi-product or platform portfolios
  • A passion for turning customer and market insights into strategy

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget. Base pay is only one element of Zuora’s Total Rewards Package. Additional elements may also include bonus/variable compensation, equity and comprehensive benefits, more details found here.
