We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a primary focus in Partnerships and Integration to drive the go-to-market success of Karbon’s growing ecosystem of technology partners. This role will own the marketing strategy and execution for partnerships and integrations that enhance Karbon’s platform value and help accounting firms build more connected, efficient tech stacks.
You’ll define and communicate the “better together” story for each key partner or integration, bringing to life how joint solutions help customers streamline workflows and unlock greater value. You’ll also collaborate closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer teams to execute joint go-to-market plans, create co-branded content, and deliver impactful campaigns that drive adoption and engagement.
This role is ideal for a product marketer who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, is extremely process-driven and organized, and loves building from zero to one. You’ll work closely with both Karbon’s internal teams and external partners to shape how our integrations are positioned, launched, and celebrated in the market.
Responsibilities- Design, lead and execute go-to-market activities and product launches for new integrations to drive demand, awareness, adoption, and success amongst new and existing Karbon customers.
- Build scalable partner onboarding, intake, and enablement processes.
- Help manage joint GTM activities with new and existing ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create assets, including landing pages, blog posts, social content, and case studies that highlight the value of Karbon’s integrations.
- Co-develop marketing campaigns with key partners to drive mutual success, including the coordination of joint activities such as webinars, partner events, and shared marketing campaigns.
- Provide marketing and sales enablement support with decks, one-pagers, and briefing materials to empower Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer teams to align messaging and priorities.
- Track and report on GTM performance, campaign impact, and partnership outcomes.
- Tracking and analyzing buyer behavior, KPIs and data to provide actionable insights that improve strategy and performance.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience spanning across product marketing, partnership marketing, go-to-market strategies or campaign execution.
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience aligning product, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences.
- Proven ability to create high-impact marketing content: blogs, presentations, sales collateral, website copy, and customer stories.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Experience in partner marketing or integration marketing is highly desirable.
- Experience in accounting or fintech technology marketing is a plus.

As we hire across various locations within the USA we are required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as physical location/cost of living in that location, years of experience, skills, and other business needs.
It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, for some roles very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
