Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead strategic go-to-market initiatives across both consumer and enterprise (B2B) segments. You’ll be responsible for defining positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that articulate the unique value of our privacy technologies to individuals, developers, and enterprise partners.
This is a cross-functional role that bridges product management, marketing, sales, and customer success. You’ll combine analytical insight with creative storytelling to drive awareness, adoption, and growth for both sides of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Positioning & Messaging
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with both consumer audiences (individual users of MySudo and related products) and enterprise customers (partners, developers, and privacy-focused organizations).
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling customer benefits and business value for multiple segments.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
- Lead product and feature launches for both B2B and B2C products, including planning, positioning, campaign development, and post-launch analysis.
- Partner with product management, design, and sales to deliver high-impact GTM plans that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.
- Ensure alignment between marketing, product, and business development strategies.
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation in privacy technology, digital identity, and data-protection markets.
- Gather customer insights through research, feedback, and analytics to inform product direction and messaging.
Enterprise Marketing & Enablement
- Create sales enablement tools and materials that communicate product value and differentiation for enterprise and partner audiences.
- Support the development of pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies for enterprise platform offerings.
- Collaborate with business development to support partner integration and co-marketing initiatives.
Consumer Marketing & Growth
- Collaborate with growth and lifecycle marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive MySudo brand awareness, user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Partner with creative and content teams to produce compelling product narratives, videos, case studies, and blogs.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring consumer insights guide messaging and product evolution.
Measurement & Optimization
- Define success metrics and analyze performance across GTM activities, campaigns, and adoption funnels.
- Leverage data to refine strategies, enhance conversion, and continuously improve impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing—with proven success in both B2B enterprise technology and consumer product marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop GTM strategies, positioning frameworks, and campaign execution plans.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, mobile apps, or privacy/security technologies.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with technical products and translating complex concepts into clear, compelling messages.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, customer insights, and performance measurement.
