Who We Are:

Revyse exists to help multifamily operators discover the best vendor partners, manage contracts and compliance, and reduce financial risk. Our AI-powered platform helps the industry turn vendor and supplier data into a strategic advantage. We are a fast-moving, early-stage tech company with a big vision. Founded by industry experts and financially supported by industry veterans - we're overhauling the relationship between operators and suppliers.

Who We’re Hiring:

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to build out the product-value-realization engine at Revyse. This is a player-coach role for someone who’s equal parts strategist, content creator, and storyteller. You’ll understand the customer journey deeply and help shape how the world sees Revyse. Crafting a clear, compelling narrative (using real words, not jargon), getting it in front of the right people, and building the habits that drive adoption, boost retention, and build long-term visibility.

We’re developing a big platform and releasing features fast. You’ll help us make sense of what we’re building and why it matters for both new and existing customers. And although it’s true that you’ll be the ‘only marketing person’ at Revyse, you’ll have a whole host of support. From our founders to our design team to our product team and partners, we’ve got folks in place who care deeply about getting this right.

What You’ll Do:

  • Product Marketing Strategy Definition: You’ll help define our product marketing strategy, and make sure it stays aligned with company goals, revenue targets, and market objectives. Together, we’ll document where we want to go before we try to get there.
  • Messaging & Collateral: No need for a 72-slide persona deck for every feature. Just help us tell the right people how Revyse makes their lives easier. Clearly, concisely, and with confidence. You’ll help us talk about the platform we’re building, creating educational content, and evolving how we describe what we do as our offerings grow.
  • Product Marketing & Launch Planning: Our release velocity is bananas 🍌. You’ll help us remember to actually tell customers what we’ve built for them (novel idea, we know!). You’ll collaborate with our Prod/Eng teams to nail feature drops, release notes, and in-app updates that impact adoption and loyalty. You’ll drive product messaging, positioning, and user enablement materials to support adoption, and broadcast it far and wide.
  • User Enablement: You’ll help make it easier for our customers to understand what we do, and super simple to buy and use our software. Whether it's building out training guides, publishing self-guided demos, creating explainer videos, or revamping our landing pages, your focus is on enabling our users with the easiest platform experience ever.
  • Content Marketing: Plant our flag. We’ll look to you to create valuable content for our target audience. You’ll establish Revyse as a trusted authority in the industry. When operators think about contract management and vendor credentialing, they’ll think Revyse.
  • Customer Acquisition: You’ll dabble in some initiatives to drive both operator and vendor demand generation and acquisition, although that’s not the primary focus. Here, we’ll work on developing and executing some marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives to nurture prospects.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: You’ll help us cultivate our strategic partnerships, expanding reach and amplifying our marketing efforts, because you KNOW it takes a village to punch above your weight. We get invited to a lot of cool stuff - podcasts, panels, webinars, pitches. You’ll help us prep for those, say the right things, and squeeze every ounce of post-show juice out of them.

What You Bring:

We’re less interested in pedigrees than we are in practical thinkers who get things done. That said, here's what typically leads to success in this role:

  • 5 years of product marketing or content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or proptech.
  • Content-first mindset, with a knack for storytelling and a sharp editorial eye.
  • Tactical know-how and experience supporting product launches and writing for both new prospects and existing customers.
  • Customer onboarding and adoption support experience.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, from Sales to UX to Product.
  • Ridiculous writing skills. You’ll be the voice of Revyse in many places - and sometimes, that’ll be technical writing for implementation guides.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing a lot of hats. We’re scrappy, and you’ll thrive if you are too.
  • Self-driven and autonomous - you’re able to see the gaps, know what needs to get done, and knock it out of the park.

Why Join Team Revyse:

  • You’ll help move our high-growth startup forward and shape how we scale.
  • Collaborative remote-forward work environment with a SUPER passionate and talented team. We love working hard on interesting projects.
  • You’ll be sitting at the crossroads of multifamily vendors and operators. Being able to bring the industry together and amplifying the good happening all around us is some seriously rewarding work.
  • Trust falls are part of our DNA. We don’t think it’s weird or awkward to care about our well-being at work - we value each other as individuals and are energized by the idea of understanding our colleagues on a deeper level.
  • Our leadership philosophy is to over communicate, always. We’re transparent about company goals and opportunities.
  • We believe that 100% of the organization should understand and be accountable to the vision and strategy. If we all know where it is we’re trying to go, it’s far easier to row the boat in unison.
