We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our world-class Marketing team! As a dedicated B2B product marketer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving toward product revenue and growth goals. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE: 

  • Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to deeply understand customer requirements and develop ideal customer profiles. 

  • Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging and positioning that separates your product from all others 

  • Develop, execute, and measure a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to raise awareness and drive pipeline growth. 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content and communications strategy, including various materials like collateral, videos, presentations, blogs, etc., to support launches, demand generation campaigns, sales plays, events, and other initiatives to promote your product. 

  • Collaborate with the sales and partner enablement teams to develop sales enablement collateral and support field communication. 

  • Collaborate with team members across multiple functions to continuously optimize how Cohesity goes to market. 

  • Represent the company and our solutions at speaking engagements, conferences, media events, and analyst briefings. 

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING: 

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B product marketing experience in IT infrastructure or similar enterprise software organization. Experience in backup and recovery and/or disaster recovery is helpful but not required. 

  • Ability to understand technical concepts, identify customer needs, and effectively position B2B products/solutions to resonate with technical and business-level buyers. 

  • Excellent storytelling skills, demonstrated through exceptional written and spoken communications. 

  • Ability to demonstrate products in EBCs and at industry events. 

  • A proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership who excels in building strong relationships with key stakeholders and in a dynamic software environment. 

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making. 

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$153,600.00-$192,000.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
