What will you be doing?
- Leading market positioning and category definition efforts, ensuring consistent, differentiated messaging across channels
- Developing and amplifying customer stories, case studies, and advocacy programs to support enterprise sales and market credibility
- Driving thought leadership content strategy (whitepapers, benchmarks, point-of-view content) that influences industry conversations
- Creating compelling narratives and technical messaging that translate complex product capabilities into clear value for multiple audiences
- Partnering with Field Marketing to craft impactful content for campaigns, events, webinars, and ecosystem partnerships
- Engaging with user communities to extend reach, relevance, and credibility
- Acting as the external voice of the customer, feeding insights back into Product and Sales for roadmap and GTM alignment
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across sales, marketing, and partner ecosystems
What experience are we looking for?
- Product Marketing experience gained at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of influencing external market perception
- Strong background in customer advocacy — creating reference programs, case studies, and customer-driven storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver strategic thought leadership content that resonates with technical and business audiences
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify technical complexity
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and building credibility with senior stakeholders internally and externally
- The ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Deep hands-on experience with Apache Kafka in production environments
