About the role:

In this role, you will play a key role in crafting compelling messaging and strategies to drive business impact for G-P’s AI-powered products. This role requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, our products, and customer understanding to create impactful personas, value propositions, and marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

You will also lead product launches and design marketing strategies that drive feature adoption and engagement. Partnering with cross-functional teams across Product Management, Marketing, and Sales, you will ensure alignment and collaboration to achieve measurable success.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Empathy and Persona Development

  • Build a deep understanding of G-P’s customers, their pain points, and their aspirations.

  • Develop and refine detailed buyer personas that reflect customer needs and guide messaging and go-to-market strategies.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all marketing efforts are rooted in empathy and understanding.

Market and Competitive Understanding

  • Leverage market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in global hiring and emerging technologies.

  • Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Create resources to empower sales teams and drive differentiation.

Value Proposition Creation and Messaging

  • Develop compelling, differentiated value propositions 

  • Craft messaging frameworks rooted in personas, use cases, and business outcomes to ensure consistency across marketing and sales channels.

Effective Product Launches

  • Plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment across Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.

  • Design and lead launch marketing campaigns to drive buzz, awareness, and adoption of new features.

  • Monitor launch performance and gather feedback to refine future launch strategies.

Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives

  • Design and refine marketing strategies to promote feature usage and achieve positive business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with brand, demand, and partner teams to support co-marketing efforts, brand campaigns, product campaigns, and partner promotions.

  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives to reinforce G-P’s leadership in the global hiring category.

  • Ensure campaign messaging aligns with personas, use cases, and business goals.

Content Creation and Enablement

  • Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including sales guides, product blogs, videos, and white papers.

  • Ensure all content aligns with personas, value propositions, and strategic priorities to maximize relevance and impact.

Metrics and Optimization

  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches, feature adoption, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, marketing strategies, and product positioning

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on product launches, messaging, and feature adoption.

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable strategies.

  • Proven success in planning and executing launch marketing campaigns that drive buzz and adoption.

  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills with the ability to translate complex technical features into customer-centric value.

  • Expertise in designing marketing strategies that leverage customer empathy to drive feature usage and business outcomes.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.

  • Analytical mindset with a track record of using metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven technologies, PLG strategies, and tools that support product adoption.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and content creation platforms.

  • Growth mindset, positive attitude, and hunger for continuous learning.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for technology and innovation.

  • Deep sense of empathy for customers and a commitment to delivering value through marketing efforts.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $116,000 - $145,000 plus variable compensation.
