What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring clear positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Sword Health’s solutions;
- Bridge the gap between business units, verticals, and the commercial team, ensuring a consistent tone of voice, messaging, and market positioning across all touchpoints;
- Equip sales teams with high-impact materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides, FAQs & training;
- Measure and optimize product marketing performance, using data-driven insights to improve engagement and positioning.
What you need to have:
- 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or healthcare industries;
- Proven track record of successfully launching and positioning products, developing compelling narratives, and driving measurable business impact;
- Strong strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to craft messaging that resonates with buyers while optimizing for performance and engagement;
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams;
- Strong project management abilities, including managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables across multiple teams.
