Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager at Calo, you will play a pivotal role in connecting the product team’s work with the market. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for Calo’s products, ensuring they resonate with our target audience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, marketing, growth and customer success, you’ll develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive user adoption, engagement, and retention.

The role requires a deep understanding of the customer journey, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn product features into compelling value propositions. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, thrives in high-growth environments, and is adept at translating complex product details into customer-friendly messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and storytelling frameworks that clearly communicate the value of Calo’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to create impactful marketing assets, including landing pages, emails, videos, and social media campaigns.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
  • Conduct market research and customer interviews to uncover insights that inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Track, measure, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure business impact.

Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated experience working closely with product teams and building digital products.
  • Prior experience creating and launching campaigns to drive successful product adoption.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused narratives.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and leveraging insights for optimization.
  • Strong track record of defining and executing strategies for product launches.
