Leading the future in luxury electric and mobility

At Lucid, we set out to introduce the most captivating, luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and transcend the perceived limitations of space, performance, and intelligence. Vehicles that are intuitive, liberating, and designed for the future of mobility.

We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.

Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.

The Role:

  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute the organization's strategic initiatives. Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations on key business issues, helping to drive decision-making processes.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational activities of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective execution of business processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined systems to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central point of contact and liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination. Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the executive team, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating executive-level communications. Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion – focus is on the Marketing leadership team vs. one single Executive (which is covered by the Executive Assistant).
  • Decision Support: Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support decision-making processes. Provide timely and accurate information to the executive team, enabling informed and strategic decision-making.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage key projects and initiatives on behalf of the Marketing leadership team. Develop project plans, establish milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, board members, partners, and customers. Represent the executive team in meetings, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including presentations, reports, and updates. Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders.
