The Role: 

We are looking for an experienced, high energy Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts and drive growth for all three of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our SaaS solutions to nonprofit organizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, create compelling messaging, and drive customer acquisition and retention. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases 
  • Create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives 
  • Collaborate with product management to align product roadmap with market needs and customer feedback 
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to develop effective sales enablement materials 
  • Create and maintain product marketing collateral, including website content, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies 
  • Manage and execute product-focused marketing campaigns across various channels 
  • Serve as a product expert and evangelist, representing Aplos at industry events and webinars 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of relevant product marketing experience, with at least 3 in SaaS
  • Nonprofit experience or similar industry experience a plus
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns in a startup environment 
  • Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and its unique challenges 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment across all three businesses 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
