As Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in growing awareness, demand, and understanding for the Courier Health Platform. You will become an expert in our solution, supporting Sales to ensure they have the knowledge, materials, and sales plays they need to be effective, while also partnering with Product and Client Solutions to help create content for product awareness, education, and ongoing customer success.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that will refine and strengthen our positioning and messaging across key marketing channels.

Please note that this is an in-office role located at Courier Health HQ in New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product messaging for the Courier Health Platform, including refining and amplifying key capabilities and differentiators
  • Work with Product, Sales, and Client Solutions to create and maintain a library of sales tools, including presentation decks, 1-pagers, battlecards, case studies, short-form videos, etc.
  • Develop, present, maintain and refine competitive intelligence and other internal sales enablement materials
  • Partner with Product on release marketing activities, including content development and messaging around new features, solutions and releases to drive adoption
  • Contribute to key prospect/customer events and industry conferences
  • Stay informed about industry news and trends

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional B2B Product Marketing experience, preferably at an enterprise software company
  • Exceptional writing skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging
  • Comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences of various levels
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple project simultaneously and operating in ambiguity
  • Confidence executing independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with experience using HubSpot and/or Webflow a bonus!

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $110,000-$160,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
