DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand pain points & needs of the customers across regions / market segments Competitive Research: Understand competitive dynamics to understand their product offerings and market positioning. Develop detailed competitor profiles and maintain an updated competitive intelligence database. Product Market Requirements : Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to determine the customers’ need in different and translate them into the market requirement documents. Product Market Evolution: Use insights gathered from customer understanding & competitive intelligence to help assess Ohmium’s product positioning and marketing tactics. Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop product marketing plan to effectively position our electrolyzer product in the market. This includes defining target applications and markets, identifying target accounts / projects, product positioning and messaging. Product Launches and Campaigns: Support planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and external agencies to deliver compelling launch materials. Collateral and Content Development: Drive marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, sales presentations, technical specifications, and case studies. Ensure content is technically accurate and tailored to meet the needs of our customers. Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the knowledge to effectively sell our product in the market. This includes training materials, competitive product analysis, and customer insights. Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and ways to monitor & capture market feedback and adjust product strategy related decisions, marketing collaterals accordingly.
FORMAL EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS OR EQUIVALENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, management or equivalent (required)
- Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)
