The Job:

For the product marketing manager role, the position would focus more on supporting product marketing tasks such as maintaining battlecards and reporting. They would also help create content, participate in deal support activities and help create videos for sales/marketing and serve as a product evangelist internally.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Become a product evangelist to support Marketing and Sales teams in developing customer-facing content and collateral including data sheets, web content, sales decks, etc.
- Help align internal teams in delivering our value proposition clearly and confidently
- Identify opportunities to support deals and help move prospects through the funnel
- Support Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships by training them on new markets, value, personas, products, and releases
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help identify opportunities to bring existing and new products to new markets, verticals and customers
- Work with Product to identify new features and enhancements that can help improve customer experiences and outcomes
- Assist with competitive analysis and identifying how we can better compete in the markets we serve
- Manage internal and external communications related to product releases
- Prepare content for promotional webinars, on-demand videos, and trade shows
Who You Are:
- 4-5 total years experience required;
- Must have at least 3 years in a product marketing or product management role in a SaaS or tech company
- An 1-2 additional years in a content and digital marketing or sales enablement role
- Experience in SaaS; contact center, CX or AI experience is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Self-starter who manages tasks, deadlines, and schedules independently
- Bring a sense of the creative to thinking and problem solving
- Think about the bigger picture, yet attentive to details and deadlines
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Passionate about learning and challenging yourself to improve
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast paced work environment
- Collaborative team player, ready to work and think independently

Compensation:
The base salary range is: $105,000 - $115,000
The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso’s compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S full time roles and exceptional benefits, including generous 401k match.
