The Product Marketing team at Level Access is growing! We are looking for an individual at the early stage of their career and wants to pursue a career in Product Marketing. This role is for the position of Product Marketing Associate with a focus on market and competitive intelligence to help us stay ahead of the curve.

This is an ideal role to begin a long-term marketing career because you will get deep market expertise and exposure to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams including executives. Level Access believes in employee development and this role will evolve as you become more experienced with potential for more strategic responsibilities and high profile market assignments such as speaking and being a representative of Level Access in key industry groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors’ products, strategies, and market positioning to provide actionable insights.
  • Data Interpretation: Gather and interpret data from various sources to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintaining our Competitive Library: Level Access currently uses Crayon to store all competitive insights. A key responsibility is to keep the information up-to-date and remove old or incorrect data.
  • Reporting: Build detailed insights and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Strategy Development: Assist in the development of go-to-market strategies and product positioning based on market and competitive insights.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in research, competitive analysis, or a related role. Equivalent experience is accepted.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in using technology for conducting quick and accurate research, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish.
