As the Product Marketing Manager at Osano you will help drive work in supplying compelling content and tools to our sales enablement function. In this position, you will work closely with product management, sales enablement, and rev ops to develop and roll out assets and programs that helps the field in everything from the sales plays to product launches. Osano’s Marketing function is a revenue-driven organization. This role will be measured on the success of the sales motions, how successful each sales play or campaign is in the market, and the sales team’s utilization of tools and materials. As the Product Marketing Manager at Osano you'll ensure that our core messages and positioning are translated into content and sales tools to support all customer-facing teams, facilitating prospect engagement and effective customer conversations. You will work collaboratively across the revenue organization, including sales leadership, enablement, demand and product marketing and revenue operations, utilizing your expertise to equip our sellers with and implement highly effective sales tools and campaigns. Based on your skills and experience, you can expect your annual base compensation to be between $120,000 and $130,000. We want everyone at Osano to have a stake in our success so you'll also receive stock options upon joining the company.   

 The Role 

  • Partner with our Sales team to help them articulate Osano’s business and product differentiation across our target buyer segments.  

  • Collaborate across Product, Product Marketing, and Osano’s Revenue organization to build sales enablement tools and collateral that support the selling process + reduce sales cycles.  

  • Create and update collateral such as: competitive battle cards, product brochures, demo/pitch decks, discovery guides, sales playbooks, and personas.  

  • Build out effective sales scripts, playbooks, and enablement for integrated campaigns.  

  • Be a subject matter expert on customer personas (buyer, user, influencer) and develop strategies for updating and communicating personas across the company. 

  • Provide content for Sales Enablement which cover our various sales lifecycle stages – from lead generation to demos, signed contract to account management. 

  • Work alongside our Sales Enablement team to deliver content on variety of topics, including competitive landscape, product + market, and positioning updates.  

  • Stay up-to-date with customer pain points as they relate to product capabilities while understanding the prospect-to-customer journey.  

About You 

  • You have 3+ years of professional experience in product marketing or product management, including experience with B2B SaaS products. Even better, you may have some knowledge in a regulatory environment (risk/compliance/risk, legaltech, cybersecurity, or data privacy). 

  • You have experience in: market sizing, segmentation, customer persona definition, messaging/positioning, pricing, packaging, product launches, and market research.  

  • You have proven ability creating high-quality, consumable sales and customer-facing content, including web content, presentation material, solution briefs, and sales enablement collateral.  

  • You are a self-starter with the ability to launch and coordinate high-impact projects with minimal oversight. You thrive in a remote setting. For us, that means being empathetic, proactively communicating, and bringing ingenuity + initiative to your every day. 

  • You have experience working with business-level buyer personas in mid- and enterprise market segments, enabling sales to position and sell solutions.

  • You take pride in your communication and see it as a representation of your brand. You understand that clear, concise communication builds rapport and trust.
