Product Marketing Manager - Solutions


What you'll be doing
  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) launches for multi-product solutions and select industries.
  • Craft compelling solution-level positioning, messaging frameworks, and narrative arcs tailored to target personas and decision-makers.
  • Create high-impact marketing collateral, including solution briefs, whitepapers, ROI calculators, pitch decks, and customer case studies.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales to translate cross-product capabilities into business-value solutions.
  • Develop and deliver robust sales enablement programs, training modules, and tools that equip global sales teams to effectively articulate solution value.
  • Conduct competitive research and buyer intelligence analysis to effectively position solutions against market offerings.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize GTM campaign performance to drive cross-sell, up-sell, and new business pipeline growth.

What you bring to the role
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in utilizing advanced AI tools to perform daily work and key projects.
  • Proven background in solutions marketing, packaging integrated multi-product suites, or messaging complex ecosystem solutions.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities with a track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business narratives.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities, with proven success aligning Product, Sales Enablement, and Field Marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, persona dynamics, and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and measuring marketing metrics that impact pipeline and revenue growth.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of dedicated experience in B2B technology or SaaS product marketing.
  • Direct experience developing and launching solution-centric or multi-product GTM strategies.
  • Experience marketing solutions within Customer Experience (CX), CRM, or Enterprise Helpdesk ecosystems.

Where We Work:

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $153,000.00-$229,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
