We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own commercial positioning for Tribe CRM across European markets. You'll define what the product stands for, drive go-to-market execution for launches, and equip our revenue team to sell it with confidence.
✓ Full ownership of positioning and go-to-market strategy for Tribe CRM
✓ Direct partnership with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leadership

Positioning: define and maintain Tribe CRM's positioning and messaging architecture across markets and segments
Go-to-market: lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for launches, feature releases, and market expansion
Competitive intelligence: own the programme: battlecard creation, competitor monitoring, and win rate tracking
Customer insight: run win/loss interviews and buyer journey research across markets
Enablement: partner with Sales, Customer Success, and regional Marketing to brief and enable the revenue team
Experience: 5+ years in product marketing within B2B SaaS, with direct ownership of positioning, launch execution, and sales enablement
Track record: full GTM cycles, from messaging framework through launch to post-launch performance measurement
Skills: comfortable working with CRM data, win/loss reports, and usage data
Multi-market experience: including localisation or regional adaptation of positioning
Language proficiency: full professional fluency in English
Hybrid policy: you can come to the Utrecht office at least 3 days a week
