Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive sales by product marketing activities. Each day, you will oversee marketing activities and support Sales organizations in driving sales for their respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by defining, planning, and ensuring the implementation of product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy.
The work model for the role is hybrid.
This role is contributing to Electrification Business Area in Bulgaria.
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Creating, planning, and ensuring implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.

  • Focusing on achievement of the target set for metrics like total demand orders (by ABB and third-party), growth margin percentage, net price variance and on-time delivery as requested.

  • Evaluating market opportunities, determining appropriate activities aligned with the overall strategy for specific EL product group.

  • Ensuring balanced growth for all product lines, product groups, and business units and creating product demand by promoting technical aspects, providing solutions, and utilizing value-based selling approach.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering

  • Experience in leading product marketing activities — ideally in the Electrification area — with in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and the Bulgarian market.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to manage a team and leadership skills
