Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
You will drive product marketing strategy, positioning and activations to expand market reach and accelerate adoption of Moneris payments/commerce capabilities through channel and ecosystem integrations. You will be a bridge between product management, partner and sales, ensuring the product resonates with external partners and align with market needs. You will work cross-functionally to support product launches, empower partners with tools/programs and enable sales teams with necessary assets/ content to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Senior Manager, Product Marketing.
Posting Type: Replacement.
Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $124,000.
Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Product marketing mindset – Lead the development of a product marketing roadmap, assess competitive landscape and understand conditions that impact product/partner market fit. Determine relevant insights via research to map unmet user needs and prioritize solutions that help partners succeed.
Strategic thinking – Drive marketing strategies including targeting/personas, segmentation, positioning, value propositions, key messaging, sales/partner enablement (e.g., sell sheets, presentations, onboarding tools) and marketing channels across the partner journey.
Own the metrics – Be comfortable tracking and reporting on goals, measuring performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
Be a great partner – Collaborate with Product, Sales and Partnership teams to create holistic approaches to partner enablement, onboarding and ongoing marketing support.
Apply strong project management skills – Leverage/apply project management experience to support at a strategic and sometimes tactical level to ensure execution of important program timelines are met.
Partner focus – Have deep empathy for our partner's pain points including developers, ISOs, ISVs and associations/affiliates. Gain understanding by spearheading qualitative and quantitative research. Translate marketing observations into relevant insights for product, partner & sales team.
Positive leadership – Drive strategic alignment and accelerate key initiatives though cross-functional collaboration. Build influential partnership, shape priorities and champion a high performance, results driven culture.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
8+ years of marketing experience.
At least 5 years demonstrated understanding of product marketing, partner marketing or similar go-to-market positions.
Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or related discipline.
Spearheaded go-to-market strategies for product launches and conducting user insight research.
