As Nordic Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping how products are positioned, launched, and brought to market, while leading a team and collaborating across country borders and functions. The role can be based either in our Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, or Stockholm office.

As Nordic Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing the product strategy across the product groups in the Nordic & Baltic markets. You will lead the product positioning, ranging and promotion planning, with the goal of driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and accelerating customer acquisition. You will also focus on developing the product knowledge, internally and externally.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Product Marketing team to deliver high performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate product performance, optimizing ranging & tactical plans to meet targets
  • Develop and execute semester-based product marketing plans, including investments and tactical activities
  • Lead end-to-end product launch processes, ensuring readiness across sales, marketing, and channel partners
  • Collaborate on route-to-market planning and execution with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Ensure effective use of investments and continuous tracking against plans
  • Drive product knowledge internally and externally
Qualifications
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, with experience applying them in commercial planning, investment tracking, and decision-making
  • High attention to detail combined with a structured approach to managing complex workflows and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and geographies, especially in matrix organizations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); a Nordic language is a must

Expected experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a similar commercial role
  • Previous experience in leading or developing teams
  • Experience working with financial tracking mechanisms such as budgeting, accruals, or forecasting in a commercial context
  • Proven track record of delivering against ambitious growth and revenue targets
  • Experience in working with data analysis and market insights
  • Experience in Nordic and/ or European markets, preferably in cross-border environments is a plus

Skills Required

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in product marketing or similar commercial role
