we are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager - (Temporary position, Maternity Leave Replacement) to join our team and help shape how we bring our Attended and Unattended Retail solutions to market. At Nayax, we believe that great product marketing sits at the intersection of customer insight, storytelling, and business impact.
In this role, you’ll be the voice of the customer inside the company and the voice of Nayax to the market, driving positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution that connects with our target audiences. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to craft compelling narratives, enable our salesforce, and fuel adoption of our solutions worldwide.
The Product Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include leading the development and execution of product marketing plans, supporting account teams across the sales lifecycle, and continuously creating and executing marketing collateral, enablement plans, and customer-facing content that drives measurable results.
The Product Marketing Manager will report directly to the Product Marketing & Education Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand the market and ICP.
- Own positioning & messaging, ensuring clear articulation of the value for each specific ICP.
- Own the brand and TOV for your areas.
- Deliver sales enablement materials, such as presentations, brochures, brochures, battle cards, SWOT and more.
- Oversee product launches, feature releases, and product positioning.
- Create product marketing content that clearly and effectively communicates our value proposition, enables an efficient customer journey from lead, to onboarding and growth.
- Lead product-related marketing content initiatives across channels (e.g. videos, podcasts, blogs, thought leadership articles and more)
- Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to grow product and feature adoption across the relevant products
- Tie everything to measurable KPIs and business results
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, product marketing, or content - must
- Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills - must
- Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix environment - must
- Fluent in English and Hebrew – written and spoken - must
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area - an advantage
Nice to have:
- Understanding of Payments, Fintech, or Retail industry
- Content writing experience
- Experience with video creation
- English native speaking
