Curriculum Associates is an edtech company committed to making classrooms better places.
The Role

At Curriculum Associates, we believe in the potential of every child and are changing the face of education technology with award-winning learning programs like i-Ready that serve a third of the nation’s K–8 students. For more than 50 years, our commitment to making classrooms better places, serving educators, and supporting accessible learning experiences for all students has driven the continuous improvement of our innovative programs. Our team of more than 2,500 employees is composed of lifelong learners who stand behind this mission, working tirelessly to serve the educational community with world-class programs and support every day.

As the Product Marketing Manager, Mathematics, you will play a key role in shaping and activating the go-to-market strategy for Curriculum Associates’ core mathematics portfolio. You will translate product and market insights into compelling positioning, messaging, and launch plans that support educator awareness, adoption, and long-term satisfaction.

In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing programs across the product lifecycle, partnering closely with senior product marketing leaders, product management, corporate marketing, sales, and enablement teams to ensure a cohesive, high-impact market presence. You will work on cross-functional coordination for product launches and state adoptions, develop customer-facing narratives and assets, and leverage market and competitive insights to inform strategy and decision-making. This position balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution and offers meaningful influence over how the mathematics portfolio is positioned, launched, and sustained in the market.

The impact you'll have:

  • Develop, write, and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, sell sheets, presentations, white papers, FAQs, and digital assets for use across sales, marketing, and enablement teams.

  • Support the Director and AVP of Product Marketing in planning and executing marketing plans for the core mathematics portfolio (English and Spanish), including print programs, digital learning materials, and related services.

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day go-to-market activities for new and existing mathematics products, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs stay on track.

  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to understand trends, district and state needs, competitor positioning, and product differentiation within the K–12 mathematics landscape.

  • Gather, organize, and synthesize customer insights, field feedback, and internal stakeholder input to support messaging refinement and content development.

  • Partner with product teams to translate product features and instructional design into clear, educator-facing value propositions and messaging.

  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of marketing playbooks and toolkits that enable consistent product positioning and usage across channels.

  • Support state adoption efforts by organizing adoption-related materials and contributing to competitive comparisons and analyses.

  • Coordinate with sales, regional marketing, enablement, and services teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned to field needs.

Who we're looking for:

  • Strong execution and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.

  • Excellent writing and content development skills, with attention to detail and the ability to translate complex product information into clear, compelling marketing materials.

  • Analytical mindset with experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and synthesizing insights into actionable outputs.

  • Collaborative working style with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback effectively.

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and apply new tools, platforms, and methodologies in a changing environment.

  • Experience running experiments, analyzing results, and refining approaches to improve performance and efficiency.

  • Proven ability to incorporate feedback, adjust processes, and evolve execution based on outcomes and constraints.

  • Hands-on use of new technologies, including generative AI, to streamline workflows, generate insights, and increase impact.

  • Familiarity with the K–12 curriculum market and instructional landscape.

  • Passion for education and interest in supporting improved teaching and learning outcomes through high-quality mathematics products and services.

  • 3 or more years of experience in K–12 Education, Educational Technology, or Educational Publishing, with experience supporting marketing, product, curriculum, or go-to-market efforts.

  • Experience contributing to or executing marketing initiatives, content development, or product launches in a cross-functional environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
