We’re looking for a commercially-minded Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption, activate customers, and shape our product roadmap based on deep market understanding. You’ll work across product, marketing, and sales to ensure what we build and launch has measurable commercial impact.
What You’ll Do:Product Positioning & Messaging- Own the product narrative and ensure consistency across the website, sales materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop compelling, differentiated messaging that resonates with our target personas.
- Create objection-handling and competitive positioning content to support the entire revenue team.
- Regularly speak with customers and prospects to uncover pain points, and decision-making drivers, testing messaging and, create success stories.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into personas, battlecards, and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive our competitive analysis and win/loss analyses that inform our roadmap.
- Own GTM planning for launches, from messaging and enablement to internal comms and activation content.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define commercial KPIs for launches and ensure tracking post-release.
- Ensure packaging, and positioning are aligned with market expectations and company goals.
- Build and manage customer communication programs to increase adoption, upsell, and retention.
- Partner with Customer Success to surface customer wins and use them in testimonials, case studies, and campaigns.
- Create customer lifecycle messaging that supports onboarding, feature adoption, and ongoing engagement.
- Partner with Product Managers to deliver engaging enablement sessions for our GTM teams
- Develop compelling sales assets, collateral, and customer stories that align with our multi-product positioning and messaging.
- Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to write sharp, compelling copy that simplifies complex ideas.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience aligning product with revenue impact.
- Experience using AI tools in product marketing tasks (e.g., copywriting, messaging testing, competitor research).
- Track record of defining and tracking commercial KPIs with Product Managers.
- Experience in customer marketing, adoption campaigns, or lifecycle communications.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with GTM Enablement or Sales Enablement teams.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Fluent German skills are a nice to have but not a requirement.
- Bonus: Familiarity with PropTech, ConTech, or financial management software.
