Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target verticals, use cases, channel partners, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the wireless IC sector. Create marketing requirements documents for new products with business justification to support investment.

Product Positioning: Define and articulate unique selling propositions (USPs) for our wireless IC products, ensuring alignment with market demands and company goals.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market plans for new product launches, including pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, sales, product development and LoRa ecosystem teams including LoRa alliance members to ensure product alignment with market requirements and to drive successful product launches.

Sales Enablement: Create sales tools, training materials, and presentations to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value to customers. Partner with field application engineers and sales to accelerate customer’s time to market and commercial success.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather voice of customer, feedback, understand pain points, and refine product offerings.

Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, webinars, and industry events, to drive product awareness and demand.
Business Execution: Drive opportunity funnel creation to achieve new product business plans, drive the conversion of opportunities to production and strive to meet or exceed business unit goals and objectives
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred

5+ years of experience in product marketing within the wireless semiconductors technology sectors.

Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis and developing go to market strategies for new products

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Strong leader and motivator for the global organization with an exceptional professional presence, good business acumen and knowledge to establish immediate credibility with customers, vendors/suppliers, employees and the management team.

Able to travel worldwide, 10-25%

Strong understanding of low power wireless technologies (e.g., LoRa, FSK, BLE, ZigBee, 802.15.4/4g, Wi-Fi)
