Mission
  • Join Qonto as a Market Product Marketing Manager intern and play a hands-on role within an established, recognized team.
  • This team is a true cornerstone of the company, bridging product teams, local marketing teams, and central teams in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
  • Use this internship to contribute directly to Qonto's Market strategy: support the Market PMMs, help them optimize product communication materials, and set up automated processes to support customer-facing teams (Sales and CSD).
What you will do
As a PMM intern, you will contribute to concrete deliverables across four areas:
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitors across core and new markets to identify positioning opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Sales & CS Enablement: Produce practical resources, including pitch decks, one-pagers, trainings, and demo videos, that help client-facing teams articulate Qonto's value.
  • Product Communications: Translate product updates and feature releases into clear, audience-ready messages for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Channel Experiments: Partner with the Social Media, Community, and Events teams to test new approaches to product communication and build reusable playbooks.
Throughout, you will be expected to:
  • Leverage AI tools to improve your productivity, challenge your own assumptions, and raise the quality of your output.
  • Propose initiatives to automate or simplify your tasks.

  • Tools you will use regularly include Notion, Google Slides, Figma, and AI-assisted workflows.
About your future manager
  • Your manager will be a Staff Product Marketing Manager from Qonto.
  • The management style is built on autonomy: they will push you to understand the "why" behind each project and to develop your own judgment from day one.
About you
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, compelling materials.
  • You have prior experience or solid academic grounding in market research, competitive analysis, marketing, or product-related topics.
  • You are genuinely curious: about people in general, and about products (how they work and why we build them), preferably with an interest in fintech, product, and the mechanics of how teams position our product and make it relevant to our clients.
  • You are structured, proactive, and solution-oriented, with an eye for visual quality and attention to detail.
  • You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools and eager to integrate them into your daily workflow.
  • You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
