Job Description:
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting Blueflame AI’s product marketing strategy, including messaging development, product launches, sales enablement, and thematic campaigns. The role will support a variety of stakeholders, primarily the Director of Product Marketing, but also the Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and broader Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Support product launch motions and contribute to go-to-market strategy across departments to drive adoption of key capabilities
Help develop product messaging and positioning
Develop and deliver assets to support product launches and releases, including sales collateral, enablement materials, blog posts, social posts, presentations, use cases, and other marketing content
Develop and deliver marketing content to effectively communicate the product’s value proposition and ROI, including use cases, case studies, and testimonials
Develop and deliver content for webinars, client events, and speaking opportunities
Maintain internal knowledge repositories to ensure stakeholders have access to comprehensive and up-to-date content
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cross-functional alignment around new product initiatives and releases
Work with partners to discover and define joint value propositions, use cases, and co-marketing campaigns
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent marketing experience
5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing or related experience
Familiarity with HubSpot and Helpkit or equivalent programs; Pendo is nice to have
Familiarity with the financial services industry a plus
Familiarity with AI concepts and technology
Data-informed, creative thinker with an affinity for a fast-paced work environment
Experience in managing projects that have short deadlines, cross-functional dependencies, and competing priorities
Ability to translate technical products into customer-facing narratives and collateral with a focus on value, differentiation, and use cases
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating with partners on joint go-to-market efforts
Ability to travel occasionally
Work Location & Flexibility
This position is based in our NYC office and follows a hybrid work model. Employees in expected to work on-site a minimum of (3) days per week. Please note that specific business units or role requirements may necessitate additional in-office days based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
