Le poste et les missions ?

Sous la responsabilité du Head of Product Marketing, le Product Marketing Leader développe et délivre les produits actuels et futurs, et est en charge de diriger le programme d’innovation afin d’identifier les opportunités dans les domaines de croissance respectifs.

Missions principales :

  • Élaborer et déployer la vision et la feuille de route d'innovation en lien avec la stratégie globale du programme et du Groupe d'activités.
  • Identifier de nouveaux segments de marché, analyser les tendances et la concurrence pour anticiper et initier des projets innovants, se connecter aux informations et prévisions du marché, veille technologique, exploration R&D.
  • Diriger le développement des produits pour assurer la pertinence et la performance des nouvelles offres.
  • Elaborer et gérer les plans de lancement de produit et de communication (positionnement, messages clés, plan média avec Bizcom, etc.).
  • Actionner le portefeuille actuel des amidons, cellulosiques et autres texturants.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des ventes, de la R&D, du CTS, de la production et du Customer Care.
  • Suivre activement l'évolution du marché, les attentes des clients et les technologies émergentes.
  • Définir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance liés aux lancements de produits et aux cycles de vie.
  • Lier les stratégies de gamme de produits au programme d'innovation.
  • Élaborer des analyses de rentabilisation, y compris les exigences en matière de capital pour les projets d'innovation.

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un BAC +5 en marketing, innovation, ingénierie ou équivalent.
  • Vous avez 15 ans d'expérience minimum en marketing produit et/ou en innovation, idéalement dans un environnement technologique ou industriel.
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences en analyse stratégique, en leadership et en gestion du changement.
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d’excellentes compétences en gestion de projet, en communication et en travail interfonctionnel.

About the role

To support our growth and meet our upcoming challenges, we are looking for our future Product Marketing Leader to join our passionate and dynamic team!

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and delivering current and future products while leading the innovation program to identify new market opportunities and drive growth.

This position is based in La Madeleine (near Lille, France).

Your main responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the innovation vision and roadmap, aligned with the overall program and Group strategy.
  • Identify new market segments, analyze trends and competitors to anticipate and initiate innovative projects.
  • Lead product development to ensure the relevance and performance of our offers.
  • Design and execute product launch and communication plans (positioning, key messages, media plan with Bizcom, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the existing product portfolio (starches, cellulosic, and other texturizing ingredients).
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, CTS, Production, and Customer Care teams.
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer expectations, and emerging technologies.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs related to product launches and life cycles.
  • Build business cases and assess capital requirements for innovation projects.

Your background

  • Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Marketing, Innovation, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Product Marketing and/or Innovation, ideally within a technological or industrial environment.
  • Strong skills in strategic analysis, leadership, and change management.
  • Excellent abilities in project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
