onsemi is looking to add an experienced Product Marketing Lead for the High Performance Sensing team focusing on Industrial Sensing Modalities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As the Product Marketing Lead you will:

• Develop new business cases focusing on attractive ROIs and justifying new investments.
• Perform thorough market analysis.
• Interface with customers to understand their strategic direction and help shape our roadmap to
• increase our share of their industrial sensing spend.
• Collaborate across BUs, the field and central functions to identify and quantify Industrial Sensing opportunities to pursue.
• Support the Sales organization to win new business.
• Set and negotiate pricing, quote new products to customers.
• Be responsible for cradle-to-grave product marketing.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market plans.
• Generate collateral to support marketing activities.
• Represent the voice of the customer throughout product lifecycle.
• Working with operations to ensure customer demand fulfillment.
• Support periodic management business reviews and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Requirements

• BSEE or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience within the semiconductor industry in product development, product marketing or application engineering related tasks with a strong emphasis on roadmap creation, winning projects and driving revenue.
• Preferred: MSEE and/or MBA.
• At least 5 years of technical marketing experience or equivalent in sensing applications.
• Thorough knowledge of sensing technologies and markets from a semiconductor or end-equipment standpoint.
• Demonstrated success in defining sensing products with strong market penetration.
• Knowledge of semiconductor business model.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills: presentation, writing and listening.
• Strong team player with desire to learn, grow and make an impact.
• Track record of successfully incubating new product ideas in sensing and sensing interface ICs.
• Knowledgeable about product costing.
• Basic P&L financial understanding and business acumen.
