Product Marketing Intern
HCSS, a 15-time "Best Company to Work For in Texas" software company in Sugar Land is searching for a Product Marketing Intern to join our Development Team! This is a PAID internship where you will gain in-depth skills in our tech stack that will take you further to success. You will make an impact by contributing to our product teams to deliver high-quality software applications to our customers.
Here's what we're looking for in one of our openings:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
What will you be doing?
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends and identify customer needs.
- Product Messaging: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to develop and refine messaging and positioning strategies.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling marketing materials. Including One-Pagers, Sales Presentations and more.
- Product Launches: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to plan and execute product launch campaigns.

Here's what to expect:
- This internship is semester-based and we'll work around your school schedule. For the Summer Break, you can work up to 40 hours a week. During the Fall/Spring semesters, you can work up to 25 hours a week.
- Training and mentoring will be provided and you'll receive feedback on your performance regularly. You'll have numerous opportunities to continuously grow your knowledge base.
