This is a hybrid internship (20 - 30 hours per week) based in our San Francisco office.
📍Your Impact Starts Here
We're seeking a curious, strategic, and customer-minded Product Marketing Intern to support our Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams during Summer 2026. In this role, you’ll help bring Homebase products to market, deepen our understanding of customer needs, and contribute to research, messaging, insights, and launch activities that support our product lines.
Working closely with Product Marketing Managers as well as partners in Product, Growth, Brand, and Analytics, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing positioning, analyzing customer and market data, supporting launch planning, and helping ensure that small businesses understand the value Homebase brings to their day-to-day operations.
Throughout the internship, you’ll support impactful work that connects customer insight, product value, and storytelling.
Support Go-to-Market Planning: Assist with positioning, messaging, and launch materials for upcoming features and product enhancements.
Conduct Customer & Market Research: Help gather and synthesize insights from feedback, reviews, competitor analysis, and market trends to inform segmentation, messaging, and value propositions.
Translate Insights into Action: Support research that turns customer and market insights into recommendations for product, marketing, or sales strategies.
Help Develop Product Marketing Content: Draft materials such as one-pagers, internal briefs, slides, competitor summaries, and light messaging explorations.
Analyze Product Usage & Performance: Partner with PMM and Analytics to track product metrics, surface key trends, and support light reporting or synthesis.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Product, Sales, User Research, Brand, and Growth teams to learn from customers, refine messaging, and support integrated initiatives.
Experiment with AI Tools: Explore AI platforms to accelerate research, generate content variations, and uncover insights that support smarter GTM execution.
Participate in Campaign Execution: Support integrated marketing or lifecycle campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and customer success across our product lines.
This internship gives you meaningful exposure to real-world product marketing—from strategy and insights to launch and adoption—while contributing to our mission of helping small businesses and hourly teams thrive.

Currently enrolled as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior at a 4-year accredited college.
