Are you ready to apply the theoretical knowledge learned at university to make a real difference?

Our Trainee Program for Türkiye is designed for 8 months and aims to jumpstart your career with a unique journey of rotations in our 4 factories and every function of Transformers Business Unit in the country to provide you with all the coaching and development needed to accelerate the functional and leadership competencies and skills for onward progression. After 8 months of rotation and training you will start to perform in your own departments.

This high-profile program will also provide excellent learning opportunities such as leadership and mentoring programs, technical and product training, industry site experience and training with leading-edge technologies.

How you will make impact:

• Join a team of experienced professionals, collaborate with local and international colleagues within the Trainee community and contribute to the energy transition
• Participation in trainings to improve personal and technical skills
• Develop your strengths with the help of regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives supported by a mentor
• Ensure effective communication within the Transformers and the other internal customers to identify and discuss issues, make suggestions for improving operations, quality of work, and efficiency.

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree in 2025 in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• No more than 1 year of professional experience within your field of studies by the start date.
• Proficient in written and spoken Turkish and English,
• Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, teamwork oriented. 
• A drive to learn new skills as well as open to receiving and providing feedback
• A positive attitude with an innovative and creative mindset
