About you:  

We are looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager (GTM) to join our Accommodation division in EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market success for our products in the EMEA, ensuring product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement materials resonate with local audiences and deliver commercial impact. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing, and will be the go-to person for ensuring products are successfully positioned and launched in the EMEA.

Day-to-day, you will:

· GTM Leadership & Execution:  Own the creation and delivery of sales enablement toolkits for product launches (decks, one-pagers, FAQs, training materials); translate product strategy and positioning into compelling campaign messaging for EMEA customers; partner with digital and marketing teams to brief, activate, and track campaigns.

· Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitor and market research with regular updates for the EMEA market; analyse sales funnel and pipeline data to identify challenges and recommend GTM solutions.

· Localisation & Customer Focus: Adapt global propositions for the EMEA market to ensure resonance with the audience; capture customer use cases and journeys to demonstrate product value; collaborate with Customer Success to identify upsell and retention opportunities and feed them into GTM plans.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the GTM lead for assigned products in EMEA, ensuring alignment with Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders; secure accountability and input from key stakeholders; track progress and ensure delivery of GTM initiatives.

Your skills and experiences might also include: 

· Experience & Market Knowledge: 3+ years in product marketing, GTM, or related enablement roles (preferably in SaaS or hospitality), with a strong understanding of the EMEA hospitality market and customer needs.

· Communication & Messaging: Excellent writing and communication skills, able to translate product features into clear, differentiated customer messaging.

· Project & Execution Skills: Strong project management abilities, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines, and able to turn strategic direction into tangible GTM assets.

· Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Curious and data-driven, with the ability to anlyse markets, competition, and customer insights to inform GTM strategies.
