Texas Instruments is seeking a full-time Product Marketing Engineer in Dallas, Texas. The Product Marketing Engineer (PME) will work directly with the Marketing Manager and assist with technical aspects of developing business plans, marketing strategies, and forecasts for medical products involving analog to digital converters.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between marketing and engineering, translating technical features of medical semiconductor products into clinically relevant customer benefits.
- Provide direct input into product messaging and positioning by working with development teams to align product specifications with healthcare application needs.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of medical industry trends, new imaging technologies, and evolving regulatory demands to ensure product competitiveness in the healthcare market.
- Research customer medical equipment hardware and software requirements for existing and future products.
- Develop technical documentation and application notes that explain product features, and performance metrics relevant to healthcare.
- Provide product technical expertise and support to global sales teams, answering technical questions, and conducting product demonstrations.
- Involved in inventory planning, production ramp updates, and supply chain coordination to ensure uninterrupted availability of semiconductor products.
Minimum requirements:
- Masters in Material Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree and 3 years’ engineering experience in semiconductor industry. Experience to include: 3 years in analyzing technical details and customers specifications; 3 years providing technical specifications for the engineering team on product design. OR
Bachelors in Material Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree and 5 years’ post baccalaureate progressive engineering experience in semiconductor industry. Experience to include: 5 years in analyzing technical details and customers specifications; and 5 years providing technical specifications for the engineering team on product design.
