Responsibilities
- Technical Content Creation: Develop comprehensive, technically accurate content, including videos, white papers, and training courses that engage maintenance and production audiences.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct interviews, field visits, and direct customer engagement to understand pain points and gather insights, ensuring content resonates with real-world applications.
- Sales Enablement: Create and manage technical sales materials, such as product guides, case studies, and engineering-focused presentations that equip the sales team with practical, persuasive resources.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a technical bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure content aligns with product features, customer needs, and strategic goals.
- Research & Competitive Intelligence: Lead technical market research and competitive analysis to guide content direction and ensure relevance in a fast-evolving industry.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, etc), or related fields, and/or experience in the industry/manufacturingStrong understanding of plant management, production processes, and maintenance engineering.
- Excellent research skills to stay abreast of industry trends and practices.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into accessible content.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts, non-technical teams, and industry professionals.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and address the needs and challenges of plant managers and production engineers.
- Ability to adapt content style and tone to suit different audiences and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
