Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Marketing Campaigns (40%)
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target verticals, use cases, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the wireless IC ecosystem.
Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, webinars, and industry events, Newsletters, Blogs, etc.., to drive product awareness and demand.
Work with academia and institutions to promote LoRa technology
Sales Enablement (30%)
Create sales training materials, presentations, and technical collateral to help sales teams clearly articulate product value.
Partner with sales and FAEs to accelerate customer design cycles, time-to-market, and commercial success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Go-to-Market (20%)
Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Corporate marketing, Sales, Field Application Engineers (FAEs), and LoRa ecosystem partners, including LoRa Alliance members, to ensure strong alignment between product capabilities and market requirements.
Support successful and timely product launches through effective internal coordination.
Execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches, including messaging, collateral, and promotional strategies.
Customer, Ecosystem Engagement and Product Positioning (10%)
Engage directly with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to gather Voice of Customer feedback, understand pain points, and refine product offerings.
Define and communicate clear product positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs) for wireless IC products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s in communications or related fields
2+ years of experience working with wireless technologies and in the embedded systems domain.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
Good understanding of semiconductor fundamentals and the wireless technologies.
Knowledge of network topologies, including Star and Mesh architectures.
Hands-on familiarity with MCUs, sensors, and communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I²C, RS-485, RS-232, etc.
Experience working with evaluation kits (EVKs) and IDEs such as Keil, Visual Studio Code, or similar tools.
Ability to develop technical documentation, white papers, presentations, and other product marketing materials
Desired Qualifications
Exposure to LoRa®, LoRaWAN®, or sub-GHz wireless technologies and understanding of Satellite communication (SATCOM).
Basic understanding of Edge AI, Edge Processing, and Edge Intelligence concepts.
