We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Marketing responsible to drive the market success, revenue growth, and profitability targets of NFC IoT Security product segment. In this role, you will have the marketing ownership of a defined category of NFC IoT Security products, such as NFC readers, Secure Elements/ Authenticators and NFC Tags. Operating in the fast‑paced Industrial IoT market, the position requires strong strategic marketing expertise, speed of execution, and a clear focus on customer value. The role spans the full product lifecycle, from early market definition and product positioning through successful market introduction and ongoing commercial success, in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy - including market segmentation, pricing, positioning, solution messaging, pipeline management, and sales execution
- Partner closely with the global sales organization to drive adoption and design-wins, and build strategic customer relationships
- Monitor market dynamics and requirements, competitive landscape and provide clear guidance to sales team to win new opportunities
- Drive the market launch of new products, defining the use cases and value proposition, positioning, price strategy, and go-to-market plan.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback that influence new product definition and long-term roadmap
- Provide consolidated forecast to support production and strategic business planning
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing or product management within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive impact across global teams
- A results‑driven problem solver who proactively overcomes obstacles to progress and close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to create compelling and technically accurate marketing collateral.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
