To strengthen our market presence in Poland, we are recruiting a visionary Product Marketing Director to drive growth and elevate our brand to new heights for our Smart Power and Smart Buildings divisions, part of our Electrification business area. You will lead a high-performing and talented Product Marketing team, develop key partnerships, and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to position us as the premier choice in the industry. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will influence business direction, build strong customer relationships, and ensure high-quality execution that delivers measurable results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, analytical, and customer-centric product marketing leader who enjoys driving impact across markets.

Your Scope:
  • Develop and execute local go-to-market strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with global business objectives.
  • Define product value propositions and market positioning based on customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Drive business growth across the product portfolio, identifying opportunities and recommending strategic actions.
  • Deliver business performance targets through effective demand generation, margin improvement, and portfolio management.
  • Partner with Sales to drive customer demand through value-based selling, technical expertise, and effective sales enablement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team, fostering collaboration and alignment with company values.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders, and feeder factories to ensure market needs are reflected in product development.
  • Ensure compliance with ABB’s Code of Conduct, governance standards, and HSE requirements while promoting a culture of integrity and safety.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong experience in electrification or a solid technical background in electrical engineering.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and project management skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Fluent Polish and English, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
