What we’re about

At Harrison.ai, we’re redefining what’s possible in healthcare. Through our diagnostic AI solutions, we’re building tools that support clinicians to deliver earlier, more accurate diagnoses and raise the standard of care for millions of patients worldwide.

Our mission is bold but simple: to scale global healthcare capacity and create a fairer, healthier world. By using AI as a co-pilot for clinicians, we’re tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges, the shortage of human expertise, and giving every patient the chance to access timely, high-quality care, no matter where they live.

Because while we’re building cutting-edge AI, what we’re really building is hope—that everyone can access the healthcare they deserve.

And we’re just getting started.

About Your Role

We're seeking an exceptional Product Marketing Director to own and drive our B2B go-to-market strategy. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with real ownership — you'll personally craft the messaging, build the launches, and write the content. You'll have the autonomy and decision-making latitude to set direction and the runway to grow your scope as you prove impact. You'll shape how we communicate Harrison.ai's value to healthcare providers globally, working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, clinical workflows, and enterprise sales.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller and exceptional writer who makes things happen themselves — strategic enough to set direction, hands-on enough to execute it end-to-end. You thrive in fast-paced environments, operate with an 80/20 mindset, and bridge cutting-edge AI technology with practical clinical applications.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Messaging & Positioning

  • Identify opportunities to create market-making moments, bringing together Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to build compelling campaigns that drive consideration and differentiation.

  • Develop Harrison.ai's core value proposition and messaging frameworks that translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value for radiologists and pathologists.

  • Craft compelling product narratives, differentiated positioning, and audience insights that drive awareness, activation, and adoption of Harrison.ai's core products.

  • Build comprehensive customer personas across various segments and buyers.

  • Collaborate with Brand and Growth Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth

  • Design and execute world-class sales enablement programs including battle cards, sales narratives, objection handling guides, case studies, whitepapers, and conference presentations.

  • Establish feedback loops between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Clinical teams to continuously optimise messaging.

  • Partner with Sales leadership on account-based marketing strategies for enterprise healthcare systems.

  • Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy.

Product Launch Excellence

  • Drive product launches and marketing moments that generate pipeline and grow adoption, enabling both sales-led and product-led growth motions.

  • Lead cross-functional launch planning across Product, Engineering, Sales, Clinical, and Marketing teams.

  • Create launch assets and build scalable processes that support Harrison.ai's rapid product development cycle.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the medical AI landscape.

  • Gather and synthesise customer feedback, win/loss analysis, and market trends to inform product and go-to-market strategy.

  • Partner with Product and Research teams to ensure market insights drive product roadmap decisions.

  • Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

  • Comply with all company policies, procedures and guidelines including those relating to information security. This encompasses:

  • Reading, understanding and complying with the policies and procedures that are relevant to your role within the Information Security Management System;

  • You are expected to take responsibility for developing an adequate level of information security awareness, education, and training to ensure the appropriate use of Harrison.ai's information assets; and

  • You must protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Harrison.ai's information in accordance with the information classification levels outlined in the Information Classification Policy.

What You'll Bring:
  • 7–10 years marketing experience with minimum 6 years in product marketing roles.

  • Proven track record in B2B healthcare technology, preferably enterprise software for healthcare providers.

  • Expert storyteller and content creator with ability to build robust enablement programs using diverse sales tools and tactics.

  • Quantifiable impact on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills managing stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.

  • Fast-paced startup experience driving results in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.

Nice to have skills and characteristics:

  • Experience marketing enterprise software to physicians, radiologists, or pathologists.

  • Background in AI/ML product marketing or emerging technology sectors.

  • Healthcare industry knowledge including clinical workflows and regulatory environment.

  • Account-based marketing experience for healthcare enterprise sales.

  • Track record building and scaling product marketing functions.

  • MBA from top-tier business school.
