What You’ll Do

We are seeking a leader of Customer Marketing and References to lead CoreWeave’s global customer storytelling, advocacy, and proof programs. This role will own how we capture, elevate, and scale the stories of customers building the future of AI on CoreWeave.

You will collaborate across marketing, product, sales, and partnerships to build a high-impact engine for customer evidence—from case studies and videos to events and analyst engagement. This is a hands-on, strategic role that blends storytelling and operations: turning technical achievements into narratives that inspire, influence, and drive adoption.

As CoreWeave expands beyond GPU infrastructure to become the platform for generative AI, agentic systems, and open source workloads, you will build the frameworks, relationships, and programs that showcase customer success at every stage of growth.

About the RoleCustomer References & Advocacy
  • Build and lead CoreWeave’s global customer reference program, developing scalable systems for identifying, recruiting, and activating customer advocates.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to identify “lighthouse” accounts and transform their success into public-facing proof.
  • Develop compelling case studies, testimonials, video stories, and thought leadership content highlighting measurable business outcomes (e.g., speed, cost, performance, and innovation) in partnership with the Brand Marketing and Content teams.
  • Create a reference library that supports sales, analyst relations, communications, and marketing with easily accessible, compliant customer stories.
  • Drive customer participation in events, panels, podcasts, and media opportunities to amplify CoreWeave’s leadership narrative.
Storytelling & Strategic Positioning
  • Translate complex AI and cloud infrastructure solutions into clear, emotionally resonant stories that demonstrate real-world impact.
  • Ensure storytelling consistency across all channels—press, analyst relations, brand campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with the Brand, Content, and PR teams to craft messaging that reinforces CoreWeave’s differentiation in performance, flexibility, and customer partnership.
  • Leverage data and customer metrics to back every story with tangible ROI and outcomes.
Customer Insights & Feedback Loop
  • Create mechanisms for gathering voice-of-customer (VoC) insights that inform product and marketing strategy.
  • Establish quarterly feedback sessions and reporting with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Partner with Analyst Relations to highlight customer outcomes in industry evaluations and research reports, e.g., Gartner Peer Insights. Support evaluations such at Forrester Total Economic Impact studies with customer participation.
Program Development & Leadership
  • Build the foundation for a future Customer Marketing function—establishing processes, governance, and scalable best practices in partnership with the Content and Brand teams in marketing.
  • Mentor cross-functional partners on customer storytelling and advocacy best practices.
  • Define success metrics for customer advocacy programs tied to pipeline influence, brand sentiment, and customer engagement.
  • Report program impact to executive stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights.

  • Experience collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams to build customer trust and drive joint success.

Preferred (but not required):
