Working closely with product marketing, marketing managers, demand generation, sales enablement, and marketing operations, the analyst helps translate strategy and messaging into high-performing digital programs while providing actionable insights on campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Digital Channel Support
Support the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, paid media, web, webinars, and events
Build and manage campaign workflows within marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., campaign setup, targeting, tracking, and QA)
Implement campaign assets developed by product marketing and marketing managers, including messaging, offers, landing pages, and CTAs
Ensure campaigns align to product launches, go-to-market timelines, and buyer journey stages
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate execution, timely deployment, and smooth handoffs
Performance Tracking & Analysis
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, conversion, and contribution to pipeline and revenue
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and funnel performance
Track digital behavior and campaign responses to inform optimization recommendations
Partner with marketing and sales teams to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Optimization & Insight Generation
Support A/B testing and optimization of campaign elements such as subject lines, messaging, landing pages, and audience targeting
Analyze channel and campaign results to recommend adjustments that improve performance and ROI
Surface insights on buyer behavior, campaign engagement, and content performance to inform messaging and program decisions
Contribute to post-campaign analysis and summaries with clear insights and recommendations
Data Quality & Process Support
Help ensure accurate campaign tracking, data hygiene, and reporting consistency within marketing systems
Support documentation of campaign processes, metrics definitions, and best practices
Partner with marketing operations to resolve data, attribution, or reporting issues
Assist in maintaining campaign calendars, reporting cadence, and performance reviews
Manage regulatory approvals process and posting documents to sharepoint and showpad.
Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign analytics, demand generation, or marketing operations
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce) preferred
Familiarity with digital channels including email, paid media, websites, webinars, and virtual events
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in data, dashboards, and reports
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in B2B marketing, enterprise software, or healthcare technology preferred

The Campaign Digital Marketing Analyst will develop skills in demand generation, performance optimization, and marketing insights, with opportunities to grow into senior digital marketing, marketing manager, product marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations roles over time.

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
