Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing & Adoption is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of product marketing, change management, communications, training, and adoption efforts across Multifamily's digital product portfolio. This leader partners with Product, Technology, Business teams, and Clients to ensure products achieve successful adoption, deliver measurable business value, and drive meaningful organizational change.
The role serves both internal and external audiences, developing strategies that help employees, clients, lenders, servicers, investors, and other industry partners understand, adopt, and maximize the value of Multifamily's digital products and services.

Your Impact
  • Lead product marketing efforts including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and engagement strategies tailored to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Define and execute adoption, enablement, and change management strategies that drive successful product launches and sustained usage across Multifamily teams and industry participants.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Client Engagement, and Business leaders to ensure organizational and client readiness for new products and capabilities.
  • Develop client-facing and employee-facing communications, training, onboarding, and engagement programs that accelerate adoption and business value realization.
  • Partner with Client Engagement to build voice-of-client and user feedback mechanisms to improve adoption and experience.
  • Establish adoption metrics and value realization frameworks to measure product success, client engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team across product marketing, change management, communications, and adoption disciplines.
Key Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Product Operations, Program Management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale product adoption, organizational change, or client-facing transformation initiatives.
  • Experience developing go-to-market, adoption, and value realization strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of product operating models and digital product delivery.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders in matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related field.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $164,000 - $246,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
