ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Manager with deep roots in travel-tech and hospitality systems who operates as an individual contributor. You will map the hotel technology ecosystem (PMS, channel managers, GDS), evaluate fintech partner integrations, drive GSTIN transmission improvements, and build the infrastructure that enables seamless invoice retrieval and corporate data accuracy across the hotel supply chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Map the hotel technology ecosystem: PMS (Opera, IDS, Hotelogix), channel managers (SiteMinder, RateGain), and GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) — identify API availability and dataset coverage
Evaluate fintech partners (Canary, Ecobillz, EzeInv, Samsonet) as integration channels for invoice retrieval and corporate GSTIN/entity detail update
Understand how TMCs and OTAs send booking data to hotels and identify where Finkraft can add value at check-in and check-out
Audit and expand Finkraft's GSTIN transmission integrations — currently live on BCD and Sabre; identify new TMC/OTA/PMS channels
Design the data pipeline: booking data ingestion → invoice retrieval → corporate detail update → supplier reconciliation
Standardise data structures across fragmented hospitality systems through a unified normalisation layer
Build automation for invoice collection and vendor communication workflows
Write the PRD, system architecture, and integration documentation for the hotel integration platform
Requirements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
4–8 years in travel-tech or hospitality product management
Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, IDS, Hotelogix, Aiosell), channel managers, and GDS platforms
Experience working with or evaluating hotel fintech platforms (billing, invoicing, e-folio systems)
Understanding of GSTIN transmission in the hotel booking chain — GDS, TMC, PMS, and invoice generation
Ability to independently evaluate APIs: assess endpoint coverage, data completeness, and integration feasibility
Experience handling unstructured and semi-structured data flows from hospitality systems
Strong stakeholder management across hotel vendors, TMCs, OTAs, and fintech partners
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
You are not inheriting a finished product. You are building the infrastructure that connects Finkraft to the fragmented world of hotel invoicing. You will own the ecosystem research, the partner conversations, the GSTIN transmission design, and the delivery — from PRD to production. If you understand how a hotel PMS talks to a GDS and why that matters for a corporate client's ITC claim, this role is for you.
