Tasks
This role is not about babysitting a roadmap but turning the product itself into our best sales channel — removing friction, driving activation, and making users fall in love before they ever talk to sales.
What you'll do
* Own the PLG strategy: activation, onboarding, habit loops, and expansion
* Turn data into decisions — define metrics, run experiments, kill what doesn't work
* Work directly with Engineering, Design, and Data in a fast-moving Agile setup
* Identify and remove every drop of friction in the consultant and client journey
* Collaborate with Sales and Management to align product motions with revenue
Requirements
* 2+ years of PM experience, ideally at a marketplace or SaaS company
* You know what PLG actually means and have shipped it
* You use AI tools daily. If you don't, don't apply
* Sharp analytical skills: you live in dashboards and trust numbers over opinions
* Strong English both written and spoken (C1 minimum)
* Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin for an onsite role
