Own the product-led growth strategy for a two-sided consultant marketplace. Drive activation, onboarding, habit loops, expansion, and friction reduction across consultant and client journeys. Use analytics and experimentation to guide product decisions, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Management, and align product initiatives with revenue growth. The role is onsite in Berlin and requires strong English, daily AI tool usage, and proven product management experience.
