The Senior Product Manager will lead the product strategy and roadmap for significant FinTech products and services, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing user value. This role requires deep understanding of the financial services domain, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide and inspire development teams. 

You are the single-threaded owner for the entire product lifecycle. You will be responsible for everything from high-level strategy and market research to detailed backlog management and daily sprint execution.

  • Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap. 
  • Lead and prioritize the product backlog across multiple teams or complex product areas. 
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities. 
  • Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives. 
  • Effectively communicate the product vision and roadmap to all stakeholders. 
  • Owning the product backlog, leading refinement meetings ensuring the team understands the "why" behind the work and are working on the right priorities for each sprint. 
  • Develop data-driven monetization trackers and define the KPIs and OKRs to measure product success and guide upcoming iterations. 
  • Mentor and guide other Product Owners/Managers and team members. 
  • Drive innovation and explore new product opportunities within the FinTech space.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing digital & AI products, preferably within the financial services industry. Deep experience with Agile development methodologies is essential. 
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of software & AI development processes and the ability to engage in technical discussions. 
  • Deep familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies. 
  • Solid knowledge of the relevant technology domain (e.g., AI, mobile development, Microservices). 

Soft Skills: 

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Deep business acumen and a strong understanding of the financial services market.
  • Strong customer empathy and a passion for creating impactful user experiences.
  • Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive self-learner with a positive attitude and a strategic mindset.
