The Adventure Ahead 🚀

At Docebo, we're building the next generation of Training Management capabilities to help organizations efficiently plan, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led and blended learning at scale. We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and grow our Training Management product area. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working on operational B2B SaaS products and is excited by complex workflow challenges such as scheduling, resource allocation, capacity management, and training administration.

You will work closely with engineering, design, customers, and internal stakeholders to build solutions that simplify the operational complexity behind enterprise training programs.

 
The Day-to-Day 📅
  • Partner with customers to understand how they plan, schedule, and manage training programs.

  • Translate operational challenges into product requirements and scalable solutions.

  • Drive discovery, prioritization, and delivery for Training Management initiatives.

  • Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product experiences.

  • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Docebo's Training Management strategy and roadmap.

  • Help modernize and automate administrative workflows associated with instructor-led and blended learning.

Your Superpowers ⚡
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments.

  • Experience working on workflow-heavy products with multiple stakeholders and business rules.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to break down complex operational processes into intuitive user experiences

  • Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working directly with customers to validate problems and solutions.

Nice To have
  • Experience with Training Management Systems such as Administrate, Training Orchestra, Arlo, accessplanit, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with instructor scheduling, session management, training operations, or learning technologies.

  • Experience working on products involving calendars, bookings, reservations, scheduling, or optimization workflows.

  • Exposure to AI-driven workflow automation.

Skills Required

  • 4+ years product management experience in fast-paced SaaS environments
  • Deep knowledge of Instructor-Led Training (ILT), resource coordination, and scheduling workflows
  • Strong understanding of web-based SaaS architecture including APIs, rules engines, and data configuration
  • Experience owning/grooming backlogs, writing user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
  • Experience with product analytics and defining/monitoring core product metrics
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence in cross-functional Agile teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate technical edge cases for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with video conferencing integrations and platform reliability monitoring
  • Prior experience with LMS or TMS platforms
