As a Product Manager for ed2go, you’ll help accelerate innovation across our product portfolio by enabling teams to harness new technologies and improve how we operate. This role supports multiple Product Operating Model (POM) teams by finding opportunities where AI, automation, and process optimization can enhance learner, partner, and internal team experiences.
 

You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and analytics to shape early concepts, validate opportunities, and strengthen awareness of outcomes and progress. While not embedded within a specific POM team, you’ll act as a connector, helping teams move faster through shared insights, scalable practices, and lightweight experimentation.
 

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys hands-on discovery and prototyping, and takes pride in helping others deliver exceptional products more efficiently.
 

What You’ll Do Here:Enablement & Innovation
  • Collaborate with different product teams to explore opportunities for improving technology and automating workflows.
  • Translate user and business needs into actionable requirements and collaborate with teams to validate and refine solutions.
  • Lead early discovery and proof-of-concept efforts for new tools, capabilities, and product enhancements that may bring to bear AI or automation.
     
Operational Excellence
  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and streamline how product teams plan, track, and measure outcomes.
  • Support the development of frameworks and guidelines that improve visibility, predictability, and decision-making.
  • Help scale operational processes that enable faster learning and more consistent execution across teams.
     
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a link between product, engineering, analytics, and design to advance AI experimentation and operational maturity.
  • Document findings, playbooks, and reusable approaches that help teams scale efficiently with automation.
  • Support roadmap alignment and clear communication across product and technology functions.
     
Skills You’ll Need Here:
  • 5+ years in product management or related roles within technology-driven organizations
  • Understanding of how AI, data, and automation can improve user experiences and internal operations
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mentality with an ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable influencing across teams
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or ecommerce environments preferred

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

In this position,  you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program.  This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.

$77,100.00 - $123,300.00 USD
